Beginner: A 55 minute class for boys and girls in kindergarten and older that focuses on trampoline and tumbling instruction designed to enhance core strength, air awareness and self-confidence while learning the proper technique for flipping and twisting.  This program is a good fit for anyone interested in improving strength, agility and body control, and is especially beneficial for skiers, boarders and skaters

Intermediate: A 1.5 hour class for boys and girls in kindergarten and older that focuses on trampoline and tumbling instruction designed to enhance core strength, air awareness and self-confidence while learning the proper technique for flipping and twisting.  This class builds on the fundamentals covered in Beginner Big Air.

Advanced: A 1.5 hour class for boys and girls in kindergarten and older that focuses on trampoline and tumbling instruction designed to enhance core strength, air awareness and self-confidence while learning the proper technique for flipping and twisting.  This class is for students who have mastered basic and intermediate big air skills and would like a greater level of challenge in their training.

Parkour:  A 55 minute class for boys and girls in kindergarten and older built to enhance your ability to move, with an emphasis on running, jumping and climbing to efficiently navigate obstacles in our environment using complex movement.
