Policies

Upon registering, Axis participants agree to the following policies:

Make Up: Subject to availability, students may participate in a comparable make-up class.  Availability is not guaranteed, and tuition is not prorated or refunded when class is missed due to personal reasons.  Contact the front desk to schedule make-up classes.  Currently enrolled students can always attend open gym for additional gym time.

Drop:  Withdrawals from class must be submitted to the front desk in writing prior to the 15th of the preceding month.  Accounts submitting notices after the 15th will be charged through the 15th of the following month.  Verbal notice to instructors or via phone is not sufficient.  Click here for online Class Drop FormTo use the online Drop Form, save a local copy, input the required information, re-save and email to info@axisgymnastics.com.

Payment:  Payment is due by the 25th of the preceding month.  A fee of $25 is assessed for late payments and all returned checks.  Axis will use the credit card on file to process payment for accounts that are still overdue on the 5th of the month.
