Axis  Policies

Upon registering, Axis participants agree to the following policies:


Make Up:  Students who miss a class may attend an open gym at no cost within the session of the missed class.

Class Changes, Additions & Drops:  Requests to change, add or drop a class must be submitted to the front desk in writing.  To facilitate appropriate staffing, efficient registration and accurate billing, drop requests must be submitted to the front desk two weeks in advance.  Failure to provide two weeks notice will result in additional charges.  Verbal notice to instructors or via phone is not sufficient.

Payment:  Payment is due by the 25th of the preceding month.  A fee of $25 is assessed for late payments and all returned checks.  Axis will use the credit card on file to process payment for accounts that are still overdue on the 5th of the month.
