Gym Tots

GymFants: A playful 45 movement class designed for 9 month-18 month old babies accompanied by an adult. It is designed to foster new motor skills through moving and exploring in a safe space.

Parent-Tot: A playful 45 minute movement education class designed for the walking to 3-year-old child accompanied by an adult. It is designed to foster age appropriate motor skills through moving and exploring. The obstacle courses and activities change every week to give new challenges and lots of fun.

Mini Tots/Super Tots: A 45 minute class for 3-5 year olds, respectively, that are ready to stay with a group and follow a teacher’s instructions. Children are introduced to basic skills and coordination tasks on all the equipment and work on more complex skills as they are ready. Lessons change weekly and are specifically designed for each different age group to meet physical, cognitive and social objectives.

After School Programs

After School Gym Jam: A 55 minute Open Gym where kids in grades K+ can come explore and play in a safe space. Children are able to learn through movement and physical activity while having the autonomy to work on skills and tricks of their choice.

Beginning Girls Gymnastics: A 55 minute class for girls in kindergarten and older. Beginning skills on each event are introduced as the children are ready. Skills are introduced in alignment with USAG Level One recommendations.

Intermediate Girls Gymnastics: A 1.5 hour class for girls in kindergarten and older. Beginning and more difficult skills on each event are introduced as the children are ready. Skills are introduced in alignment with USAG Level Two recommendations.  Twice a week attendance recommended.

Tumbling: A 55 minute class that focuses on tumbling skills for kids 6 years and older who are interested in learning how to perform floor tumbling.

Gym Gents: A 55 minute class that is offered to boys between kindergarten and 12 years old. In this class the boys are introduced to the rings, high bar, floor exercise and vault. Trampoline and tumble trak are also part of the curriculum. Basic skills, strength and flexibility are taught at this level.

Pre Team Gymnastics

Hot Shots (3-5 years): This is a class that is designed for kids who seem advanced in their skill ability and have a love for gymnastics. We focus on gymnastic basics such as shaping, flexibility, strength, and skill progression. The goal of this class is to spark an interest in gymnastics that may one day grow into being on our competitive team. Students who wish to be considered for the Devo program may schedule an evaluation at the front desk.

Devo (6-8 years): This class is designed to introduce students with the focus and desire to pursue gymnastics more seriously to competitive gymnastics. These classes, with greater attention to detail and a strong focus on solid basics, are available on an invite only basis. Students who wish to be considered for the Devo program may schedule an evaluation at the front desk.

Xcel Prep: This is a class that is designed for kids who love the sport and have the desire to possibly compete in gymnastics. We focus on gymnastic basics and skill progression by following USAG Xcel Rules. The goal of this class is to spark an interest in Xcel Program and possibly compete on the Xcel Team. Students who wish to be considered for the Devo program may schedule an evaluation at the front desk.
